MINIATURE COURSE: RELIGION
ATHEISM AS OCKHAM'S RAZOR
Do not consider for example that Atheism is a
religion, or that philosophy offers a superior
science than those that know, but rather
consider that the magical repute of religion
depends on an idea of uncommon deity, an
uncommon principle.
India may see in its Yoga-Sutra of Patanjali that
Darkness, Passion, and Purity are the elements
of filth, philosophy, and the psychic, while to
another form filth is not passion, but instead
manifests subjectively depending inversely on
a subservience to God.
We can see then between Christianity and
Hinduism a difference on the idea of magic,
magic being in some form a basis for the idea of
religion, creating an imperative dispute on the
subject of the existence of religion itself---
Not reputedly because religion does not exist,
but rather because religion takes differing
forms.
Consider then that Atheism is the razor of
religion, not because religion is false, but
because it may be less true than magic, with
some philosophical perspectivism.
