MINIATURE COURSE: RELIGION

RELIGION IS FOR DEMI-GODS

Consider ancient history. Bosomy women were
worshipped as Goddesses. Warriors could
become Saints. Much in this theory is not
obvious, or contractible.

Not everyone is bosomy. Not everyone is a
warrior.

But let us consider this through the discerning
eye of modern criticism:

Gods don't have to be bosomy or make war,
look what we learned from the '60s. Any error
could be total folly. Sometimes divinity is
something like the ordinary.

So religion is for demi-gods. Religion is for the
seekers after religion, the seekers after
divinity, the seekers after higher knowledge.
Religion is not for mere schemers or dealers.
Religion is about self-nature, and self-promise.

First of all, its supposed to be normal, a normal
feeling. Second of all, it concerns the holy.

All that's left to puzzle about is qualification.

Why not leave it to the truly divine, unless
there's some form of better religion, than
religion.
